在整理
电厂平台网格板客户邮件的时候，我把客户比较关心的问题归纳了一下，以下是客户的部分邮件内容：
I hope you are well, could you kindly send me a proforma invoice for 1000
actuators branded *n*r*，please advise of
delivery time due to your holidays in

Thank you for you PI, I am currently waiting for more fund hopefully
next week once I have I will be able to make the payment.I cannot find your bank
details, please confirm them for me.How long is
delivery by sea ? please advise normally we have done it by air
previously.Please tell me when is the Chinese New
Year what date ?
Please give me a price (cost) for you to send by
sea to Felixstowe Port however I will compare the price against me
arranging collection from you as done previously.
Can you give me the dimensions & weight of

I’m writing to you because we received a note from Polish Customs Office. The
note is about thermostatic head and includes request for: section technical draw of assembled thermostatic head
with valve, information what sort of liquid you used. I would like to ask
you for those. Please send. Hope everything is clear and if not please let me
know.
I would like to ask you about readiness date of
goods. Frankly speaking we would like to catch ship which is leaving on
30 or 31 March so goods should be ready to ship app. 25 March – can you make it
?
When it goes to current transport please send it
as soon as you can. Our forwarder have already confirmed that you booked
the ship so everything is good.
Please can you supply more details requiring this small package.

Moreover we also need samples of:
1. the samples of the cut off valves
2. the
thermostatic valves
3. MESH for the blister for thermostatic set
packing
We have need electric actuator thermostat 24VAC NO with DN15 angle valve. We
have also needs with other sizes so can you send pricelist for valves and price
for 24V actuator.

Boss about some discount??

If you produced a similar H-valve pls send me the photos of it, the unit

2. What will be the total volume and gross weight of radiator sets

3. What is the unit weight of 1 radiator set
in blister packing?
Can you tell me what is the thread size that screws on to the valve on the
actuators that I take from you, I wish to know because I have had a fit issue
with one manifold type and I can find out what thread size they are at
yet.
So if you can give me the imformation I would appreciate it very
much.

我们把别人没有注意到的一些信息，客户关心的一些信息全部事先展示给客户包括以后在成单过程中会陆续碰到的信息。例如一个20”柜，40”柜分别可以装多少等等。这些很多人可能没有注意到，或者不屑于展示给客户的信息，如果我们能展示了，那么我们给客户的印象就不一样。
